Body Conditioning Scoring

I was looking at Da Boys and think they look good. It can be hard when you deal with animals daily to catch a loss or gain right away. Sometimes, it can be hard for owners to understand what healthy weight looks like (I worked in the animal industry for years). I was thinking it would be kind of cool to get some photos together, score BCS, then keep a file of it for people who want more information.

We won't talk about my BCS, it is on the fluffier side, but my rats are right at a 6/7 IMO. 1= emaciated to point of skeletal and 10= very obese.

I also need to buy a scale to weigh the little critters and Cockatoo on weekly.
